Super easy yummalicious roasted red pepper sauce!
Red capsicums are high in antioxidants, a good source of Vitamin A, B6, C, K1, E, folate and potassium.
This sauce is very versatile to have it as a pasta sauce (dilute it), dip, or with any protein dish as a main. It is dairy free, gluten free, sugar free. Extremely simple and delicious!!
Cashews (adjust how creamy you like it with less cashews or substitute a quarter avocado with 10 cashews), 25 pcs
Nutritional yeast (optional), 1 tbsp
How to:
1. Roast bell peppers in oven 200C for 20 mins skin side up.
2. Take out from the oven and let it cool. Then peel off the top layer. The remainder put in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Remove onto a bowl and adjust the taste. Enjoy by pairing it in your favourite way.
