Sesame seeds – black /white
Curry paste (I use a brand called koon yick wah kee)
Turmeric powder/curry powder (optional if you don’t find the color yellow enough)
1. Soak vermicelli 6 mins before cooking in cold water.
2. With some sesame oil in pan, saute garlic & onion till soft. Then add vegetables except cabbage.
3. Mix it then add curry paste, a dash of soya sauce, chicken and salt (a little water if needed. 4. Lastly add the vermicelli then cabbage. Before serving top some sesame seeds and spring onions.
